The key requirement for digital professionals looking to join Consultdex is having experience worth sharing.

There’s no one-size-fits-all way to capture and showcase that experience. We create avenues to share it.

And in the world of digital, packed with self-starters who taught themselves and forged their own paths, this is needed. “Experience” doesn’t readily fall into neat little boxes.

You can’t silo great expertise from fantastic working relationships and positive character. Each professional has their own “secret sauce” to serving their clients/employers and managing their working lives.

We know all of this, because we’re consultants too. Consultdex was created for digital pros, by digital pros.

Some of what we’ve come to value in professionals includes:

• Strong experience with documented history executing inside of certain specialties and industries
• Stellar communication experience, both from working in-house and out the years
• Discipline and integrity, above all else

Work in Public

Consultdex is a small batch network that is self-groomed and self-maintained to include top digital professionals, many of whom work in public.

Members are invited to review candidates for fit. Each and every candidate gets reviewed.

If you are not accepted at this time, we give advice on next steps. We review applicants periodically and put priority on good folks hit by the #Coronavirus.
