Xofu
Tracks whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers recommend a client when buyers ask for a vendor, and which sources they cite instead.

- AI search visibility
Its Consultant plan is priced for one or two clients at $99 a month, and since October its MCP server lets Claude read the project data on every plan, including Free. Run it on one client's buyer prompts before selling it as a deliverable: it is made by Citation Labs, which sells the citation campaigns that close the gaps it finds.
What it does for a consultant
Xofu runs the decision-stage prompts a client’s buyers type into AI assistants, such as “best payroll software for a 20 person company”, on a schedule across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Gemini. It shows which brands get recommended, the client’s share of voice over time, and the domains and pages the answers cite for competitors but not for the client.
How members would use it on a client job
- Start with the free Visibility Gap Analysis or BOFU snapshot to open the conversation. Neither needs a signup.
- Set up a project per client with their real shortlist prompts and competitors, then report the weekly trend.
- Connect the Xofu MCP server to Claude and have it draft the monthly AI visibility section of the client report from the project data.
The catch
The Consultant plan gives view-only access and 200 prompts per model; edit access and report sharing start on the $499 Agency plan. Xofu is a sister company of Citation Labs, whose service is fixing the gaps it reports, so judge the recommendations on their own evidence. Waikay does the same job; compare the two on one client before committing.
